My Quick Take:
It's 2026. Crazy times...the war is on, then it's off. Jobs reports are decent, then they are not. Inflation gets a head of steam, then it doesn't. One thing I can be siure of is we are firmly in the Summer market. It's getting hot (can you believe the temps last week?!) and spicy. Mortgage rates are bouncing in the 6s. Inventory continues to strengthen over last year, throughout the county. Last month, pendings and homes sold were up 13%+ and 5%, respectively. Average days on market (DOM) remains about the same (3-3.5 weeks). Values continues to increase (both average and median)!
