It's 2026. It's nearly the beginning of Summer market. It's getting spicy. Mortgage rates are bouncing in the 6s. Inventory continues to strengthen over last year. Last month, pendings and homes sold were up 30%+ and 120%, respectively. Average days on market (DOM) went from less than 2 weeks (a year ago) to almost a month. Values are still increasing!
